Terms and conditions of rental

Residency tax

It is collected by municipalities and will be added to your reservation. Its amount is per person and per night, it can be altered at any moment by the municipality.

Cleaning

A deposit of 50 € will be taken if the accommodation is left too dirty. Thank you for your understanding.

Even the cutest pets are not permitted on the premises.
